Katharine R. O’Reilly is Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Toronto Metropolitan University specializing in ancient philosophy, particularly ancient moral psychology in the Greek and Roman traditions. She recently published ‘The Jellyfish’s Pleasures in Philebus 20b-21d’ in Phronesis, ‘Cicero Reading the Cyrenaics on the Anticipation of Future Harms’ in Epoché, ‘Women Philosophers in Antiquity and the Reshaping of Philosophy’ in Women's Perspectives on Ancient and Medieval Philosophy, and she is currently co-editing a volume, with Caterina Pellò, on Ancient Women Philosophers (Cambridge University Press).
